A DVD is probably not the best format for reference information, but it's easy to see this evolving into something like a smart phone or tablet app that would allow anyone to dial up proper form and tips for a position in seconds whether they were in front of the TV or not. Second...I am struggling with all this "godliness" stuff. I have no doubt we're all connected and we are god...but I still have hangups about letting it out there. Yoga...hmmm...I used to semi-joke about "doing" it to my wife (yoga that is)...and now I read this and I am intrigued all over again. I'll be back:) First…what a great and cool site.
